Abstract
The project has completed its detailed design work and is currently in data gathering phase. Eastern, western, midwestern, and southern university clusters have been identified and are participating. The data gathering phase is scheduled to be completed by mid November. The project advisory board has met once to guide the project design and data gathering phases. It is scheduled to meet again in early December. The project staff are currently busy with two primary responsibilities, collecting data from the participating schools and identifying the review panel of experts for the final report. Data analysis is scheduled for November through January.
